The ONLY officiant you want to work with! There is so much to worry about the days leading up to your wedding. One thing I can confidently say was that our officiant was not one of those things. From day one of meeting Peter in NYC with my fiancé, now husband, we knew he was the only one we trusted with our big day. After officially deciding to work with Peter we received a full outline of our ceremony, different options for prayers and his version of “our story”. We made small tweaks but overall Peter hit it out of the park. He even helped us in walking us through the wedding license process which was above and beyond. The day of the wedding Peter was absolutely magical. Listening to his ceremony you would think he has been a life long friend of ours and was just as invested in our marriage as our family and friends. He was flawless to the point where our guest are still talking about his performance. I could not have more great things to say about Peter. There are endless things that one can nitpick about their wedding after the fact but I can truly say I have zero complaints about his ceremony. If you are getting married look no further for your officiant as you have found him! Thank you again Peter, we can not possibly thank you enough!

Peter was such a wonderful choice for our August 2019 wedding. He is so easy to work with and was extremely responsive leading us to the wedding itself. As you can see in his videos on his website, he is well spoken, yet loud enough for all guests to hear without any issues. We had a shorter ceremony (about a half hour) that included Jewish traditions. Peter outlined a great ceremony for us to work with and let us adjust the format as needed. He made sure to arrive early the day of and was also very helpful finalizing our license after the ceremony. You can't go wrong with choosing Peter!

After the wedding everyone commented that our ceremony was beautiful, and I don’t think we could achieved that without Peter. He is very professional and good at what he does. From our first meeting with Peter up until the moment he left the wedding he was an absolute professional. We met with him for a brief interview, he provided us with a draft of the speech which was amazing and tailored to us a short while later, and after giving our input and edits we were all set. He was very easy to work with, our ceremony was clearly laid out and went exactly as planned. Peter pays close attention to detail and it is obvious he has officiated many weddings as he is prepared with his speech typed out on a small noninvasive notepad and was in fact dressed to accommodate our colors. A lot of people asked us if we knew him personally and if he was a friend of ours or something, which is a sign of how incredible his words were and how he spoke about us during the ceremony. His demeanor and voice elevated the entire affair and brought a very profound feeling to such an important in our lives. We could not be happier with Peter as our officiant, he is one of the best there is.

It is very hard to know where to begin. We spoke with a number of Officiants before we met with Peter. We liked him right-a-way. He guided us thru the legal steps necessary to proceed with the wedding. He then helped us with suggestions as to how we wanted our ceremony to be performed and was completely open to all our changes. At the wedding, Peter was early so we had a chance to chat and get some of the preliminary paperwork taken care of. He is such a nice person and he helped me, the groom, calm down a bit. Not an easy task. He took control over the room and the guests so that our ceremony could begin, but did so in a warm and welcoming way. Our ceremony was beautiful and most assuredly could not have been so without Peter's participation. Trust me, Peter should be presiding over your wedding ceremony as well.

My wife and I wanted to elope in New York City. Central Park was a prime location for us so I began my search on several websites for officiants licensed in NYC. Throughout the process I contacted multiple officiants and Peter was the only one to respond in a timely manner. Peter's email communication was excellent for a couple who is not familiar with NYC. Peter provided wedding license information, elopement locations with videos he created on his website, and Peter secured the ceremony's park permit on our behalf. Peter gave us the ability to modify anything he would say in the ceremony's script and that was very important to us. On the day of the wedding, Peter was on time and gave the ceremony the respect we wanted.

Peter was a huge contributor to the success and the specialness of our wedding ceremony. We found him online, and we were immediately drawn to his professionalism and frankly to his speaking voice. I recommend everyone listen to or watch sample videos from potential officials as they search for the person who will do their ceremony. We watched several. Peter stood out. As we are both actors and performers, that is something we respond to.
When we met with him for an initial consultation. His professional, respectful demeanor coupled with his knowledge of ceremonies, his ideas, and his friendly openness to our ideas really sealed the deal for us. He was a huge help guiding us into creating the ceremony that eventually would be used in our wedding. He was collaborative in writing the vows, he made incredible suggestions about the flow of the ceremony, he was helpful in guiding us through the legal steps of licensing the marriage, etc., and he was always responsive and understanding of our questions leading up to the event.
We are fortunate in that there was not much that we would change as we look back on our wedding – perhaps invite more people, but that always comes down to budget. Peter is worth every dime and frankly his fees are very reasonable given the fact that your ceremony will go without a hitch, as ours did. I can’t recommend Peter enough not only as an officiant, but he’s just a really great human. Do yourself a favor and talk contact him about your wedding ceremony, you won’t be disappointed if you make the good choice to choose him for your officiant.

We couldn't have asked for a better officiant! Peter was a great speaker, and pulled together our mixed background ceremony seamlessly. We are a non-religious couple, but wanted to honor our families Catholic and Jewish backgrounds, and he found the perfect words to honor this in his speech. We appreciated that he quickly shared his full speech with us early on, which helped put us at ease (one less thing to worry about during stressful wedding planning!). And he elegantly found a way to add in a tribute to my dad who had passed last year. During the wedding, our venue's microphone failed, however everybody could still hear Peter super clearly - we had comments from our guests on what a great job he did, I don't even think they noticed! Not to mention, Peter's quick thinking probably saved my dress from being caught on fire - I later found out he blew out candles that were previously lit by our venue coordinator to be right by my wedding dress on the floor! Peter was one of two ministers we hired for our Hindu/Non-Denominational wedding (the other was a Hindu priest). When I was planning the wedding, everyone kept saying that a combined Hindu and Christian wedding couldn't be done because there were too many differences between the traditions, but I was determined to make it happen. Peter took care of writing all of the parts we wanted to include for the non-denominational parts of the wedding, and did a seamless job of handing things off back and forth with the hindu priest so that the wedding flowed smoothly. Because we knew the ceremony would take an hour, I was afraid that people would get bored listening after awhile, but Peter did a great job of bringing some energy into it and kept everyone paying attention. We were so happy with our ceremony.

Peter married the love of my life and I on a beautiful day in April 2018. I found him online through a simple google search and really hit the jackpot. From the beginning, I knew he was my type of guy. Even before we met, I could tell through telephone conversations that he was articulate, professional and accommodating. When I first contacted him, he was on vacation traveling but nevertheless remained accessible via email and would respond in a timely manner to various questions. I explained that I was looking for something short and sweet at a private location in Manhattan. His cost was $500 which I thought was very reasonable after having spoken to several other officiants in the city. When we first sat down for a pre-ceremony coffee meeting, Peter was as advertised - professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable. At the ceremony, Peter was punctual, well-dressed and totally prepared with legal and other paperwork. For 30 minutes before we began, Peter joined in conversation with a small group of my family members and helped us take pictures and maintain an upbeat and friendly atmosphere. His life story is fascinating - he was an actor and massage therapist before becoming a wedding officiant. His presence was a major asset to the entire event. He was personable yet respectful and only sat with the family when invited. My future in-laws seemed very happy with our choice of officiant. The words he chose for the ceremony were just perfect and he incorporated the family members names’ who were in attendance. We all appreciated what he said so much that we asked for a copy of the words which he e-mailed to us within hours of the request. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Peter and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is in need of his services.
